Kelsey started her career over a decade ago in New York City, where she was consistently a top producer on the no. 5 ranked team at Douglas Elliman in New York before co-founding a team at Compass in 2018, which was ranked in the top 1.5% of teams nationwide. Kelsey was distinguished as the Broker Specialist for solidifying the most sales at 212 Warren St., a new development condominium conversion in Battery Park City, and she was also the founding host of Snaplistings, a social media based real estate channel used to showcase listings direct to consumer as featured on CNBC, the NY Post and Cheddar TV.
In 2020, Kelsey ranked nationally among "Promising Real Estate Professionals Under 40" by Agent Advice, and just two years later, Kelsey made the strategic decision to move full-time to downtown West Palm Beach in pursuit of professional opportunity in the growing real estate market as well as the high quality of life provided in Palm Beach County. In 2023, Kelsey contributed to over $193,000,000 in sales volume with the no. 2 ranked team at Compass in Florida.
Kelsey considers Aspen, CO., to be her home away from home. Golf, skiing, boating and tennis are some of her favorite hobbies. She also enjoys serving a leadership position on the Junior League of Palm Beach.
Originally from Bloomfield Hills, MI., Kelsey attended Cranbrook Kingswood Schools, followed by the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond in Virginia where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a concentration in Marketing, and a minor in Art. In college, Kelsey played Division I soccer.
Kelsey is a licensed real estate agent in Florida, New York, and Michigan.
